Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Work
All work will be carried out as outlined in the accompanying estimate or proposal. Any additional services requested that are not specified in the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

2. Revisions
Unless otherwise specified, the estimate includes three rounds of revisions. Further revisions will incur additional charges at our standard hourly artwork rate of AED 250/hour.

3. Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Timelines are subject to client feedback and approvals. Delays in feedback may impact delivery dates.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in AED and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance payable upon the agreed terms. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client will be granted full usage rights to the final deliverables outlined in the scope of work. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. All original preparation materials, sketches, visuals and unused ideas shown and considered will remain the property of Moloobhoy & Brown DMCC

6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals necessary for project progression. Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. In the event of cancellation, all work completed to date will be invoiced, and all intellectual property remains with the agency until full payment is received.

8. Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequential losses once final artwork has been approved by the client.

9. Third-Party Costs
Costs for third-party assets (e.g. stock images, photography, fonts, printing, domain registrations, copywriting, translation etc.) are not included unless specifically stated and will be billed separately. If third party suppliers are to be handled, managed and contracted by Moloobhoy & Brown DMCC an additional 15% on top of the third party suppliers’ costs will be added.

10. Confidentiality
All client information and materials will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
