Midweight Designer – Arabic & English

We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated designer with a sharp eye, clear thinking, and a love for brand building. As a Midweight Designer at M&B, you’ll be hands-on across key client projects, balancing creative flair with strategic insight and confident execution.
You’ll be comfortable working independently, contribute to team discussions with purpose, and help translate brand strategy into standout design outcomes across print, digital, and spatial applications.
Responsibilities
– Take ownership of projects from initial idea through to delivery
– Translate strategy and positioning into clear, compelling creative solutions
– Work closely with senior team members to elevate creative output
– Contribute to client meetings and articulate thinking with clarity
– Collaborate with motion, digital, and production specialists to deliver cohesive brand experiences
– Bring cultural insight and design curiosity to every brief
Skills & Experience
– 3–5 years of professional design experience in a creative studio or agency
– Strong conceptual thinking and refined craft skills
– Able to manage timelines, feedback, and multiple workstreams
– Experience building brand identity systems across varied industries
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Arabic and English design proficiency preferred
Expertise
– Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
– Brand identity development and brand world thinking
– Typography, layout and design systems
– Art direction and presentation design
– Digital design and understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
– Packaging, print, and signage design
