Join Our Team at M&B
We’re looking for a meticulous, technically skilled Artworker to join our design team and help bring our brand systems to life with precision, consistency, and craft.

This role is suited to someone with a deep understanding of layout, typography, production processes, and brand application, someone who thrives on finessing the details and ensuring design intent is upheld across every execution. You’ll work closely with the creative team to finalise artwork for print, digital, and environmental outputs, helping translate creative vision into beautifully realised brand experiences.

Responsibilities
– Finalise and prepare artwork for print, packaging, signage, and digital outputs
– Ensure consistency and accuracy across brand identity systems
– Work across multilingual files (Arabic/English) with care and attention to detail
– Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into applied executions
– Produce technical files for suppliers, printers, fabricators and digital teams
– Create mock-ups and 3D visualisations to help bring designs to life
– Maintain and update brand guideline documents and asset libraries
– Uphold and enhance quality control across all design production

Skills & Experience
– 3–5 years of experience in a similar artwork or production design role
– Exceptional attention to detail  
– Strong understanding of print production processes and specs
– Experience working within complex brand systems
– Good communication skills and ability to work calmly under pressure
– Confidence working across multilingual files (preferred but not essential)

Expertise
– Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
– 3D mock-up/rendering tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Dimension, Blender, Keyshot, or similar)
– Strong layout and typesetting skills
– Preparing files for print, signage, and digital production
– Familiarity with packaging and wayfinding production processes
– Bonus: Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g. Frontify)
