Project Manager

You will be adaptable, fast thinking, organized and creative. You will have worked in an agency before and will be used to running a tight ship. Your background should demonstrate experience in managing multiple client accounts at any given time.

You will help lead projects and support the M&B team across every facet of the brand creation and implementation process. Working alongside designers, copywriters, strategists and artworkers to help deliver success to our clients. Nurturing strong client relationships, helping suggest the most appropriate solutions and approaches to their project needs.

The successful individual will need to be able to navigate with ease between different projects and liaise with our tight knit studio as well as several third parties to ensure the client’s creative expectations are delivered on time and to the highest level.

Key Skills and Experience
– A strategic thinker with a passion for brands and the design process
– You’re highly organised with a razor sharp attention to detail.
– Manage all aspects of any client project from inception to implementation
– You’re an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
– You cope well with change and pace, with the creativity and flexibility to manage several projects at once, often across the full brand and design mix.
– Be able to manage the internal team resources to meet project needs
– Understand the print process, print finishes and overall print management
– Client facing helping establish, maintain and develop new and existing relationships
– Liaise 3rd party suppliers to ensure all projects are delivered on time
– Have financial skills with the ability to build out project plans, proposals
and timelines
– Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
– Effectively manage all stakeholders on any project ensuring clear communication of timescales and project updates are delivered
– You’re a dynamic and confident hard-worker, with experience of work within the UAE.
– You thrive on responsibility with the drive, positivity and professionalism to motivate the team to deliver inspiring and innovative work.
