Midweight Designer

We are looking for amazing talent to join the M&B team. Creating great designs and ideas as part of a motivated, thriving and successful design team. 

A talented and inspired Midweight Designer who will confidently create work that drives our client’s projects forward. As a vital part of this growing team, you will need to be a self-starter and happy to handle briefs from concept through to delivery. 

Applicants should be creative individuals with a passion for design and the visual arts. Bringing energy, strong ideas and solid design skills - frequently developing your own interpretation of a creative problem.

Key Skills and Experience
– Love of design and passionate about big ideas
– 3-4 years of professional experience
– An outstanding portfolio of work
– An understanding of the Arabic language a plus
– Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
– Energetic and enthusiastic
– Good time management and organisation
– Consistently design to a high standard in line with project brief and target audience
– First-rate typographic and layout skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Collaborative team member
– Clear concept presenter
– Confidence to challenge briefs, contribute positively and proactively to every project
– Possess the ability to keep pace within a changing, dynamic environment
– Most importantly, dedicated, positive and have a sense of humour
